REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Since our products are custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@liminalluna.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no additional cost. Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-printed products (all our items)
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where we cannot provide a suitable replacement for a damaged or defective item. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
