Processing Time
All products are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been produced and shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer flat-rate shipping:
- United States: Starting at $5.99
- Canada: Starting at $9.99
Some heavier items (such as water bottles, candles, and notebooks) may have higher shipping rates.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Some products may only be available for US shipping due to weight and cost considerations.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
Total time from order to delivery is typically 5-14 business days for US orders and 9-21 business days for Canadian orders.
