Welcome to Liminal Luna™, a reflective journaling and mindfulness platform, and The Liminal Phase, an educational space exploring liminality and transition.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of content, tools, products, memberships, and services provided by Got Clicks, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company doing business as Liminal Luna (“Liminal Luna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to all services offered through:

any associated applications, content platforms, or digital services

By accessing or using Liminal Luna or The Liminal Phase, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

Liminal Luna™ is designed as a reflective, self-guided journaling and mindfulness platform. It provides prompts, audio reflections, written guidance, and optional practices intended to support awareness and self-inquiry during periods of transition.

The Liminal Phase serves as the conceptual and educational foundation of the platform, offering language and context for understanding liminal experiences.

The Liminal Phase provides the map.
Liminal Luna provides the compass.

Together, these Services support reflection during life’s “in-between” moments.

2. PERSONAL REFLECTION DISCLAIMER

The content, tools, prompts, reflections, and products provided through Liminal Luna™ are intended for personal reflection, journaling, and mindfulness purposes only.

The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or emotional condition.

Nothing within the Services constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing emotional distress or require professional support, you should consult a qualified licensed professional.

Any decisions you make based on your use of the Services are made entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Liminal Luna.

By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

Certain features of Liminal Luna may require account creation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Liminal Luna offers both free and paid subscription options, including the Journey and Quest tiers.

Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis through:

the Shopify platform
payment processors used on liminalluna.com
mobile app store providers

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions according to the billing platform used.

Unless required by law, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Pricing, features, and membership offerings may change with notice.

6. JOURNALING CONTENT AND PERSONAL REFLECTIONS

Your journal entries and reflections remain your personal content.

You retain ownership of anything you write or upload within Liminal Luna.

We do not sell, analyze, or use personal journal entries for advertising, profiling, or AI training.

You are responsible for the content you choose to write or upload.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any laws or regulations
• harass, harm, or exploit others
• interfere with the functionality or security of the Services
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Liminal Luna™, The Liminal Phase, and all associated branding, logos, designs, text, audio, visuals, prompts, and materials are owned by or licensed to Got Clicks, LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without written permission.

9. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND REFLECTIVE TOOLS

Liminal Luna may offer optional physical products such as:

• journals
• notebooks
• reflective tools
• pendulums
• candles or related items

These items are optional tools intended to complement reflective practices.

Use of any physical tool is entirely at your own discretion.

10. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain products sold through the Liminal Luna store are made to order.

Production begins after payment is confirmed.

Because these products are created specifically for each order:

• production typically requires 2–7 business days before shipping
• orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• customization changes cannot be accommodated after an order is placed

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is made-to-order and agree to these production timelines.

11. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Got Clicks, LLC d/b/a Liminal Luna reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

12. PRICES AND BILLING

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices may not include taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information for all purchases.

13. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

14. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Some Services are provided through third-party platforms such as Shopify.

While Shopify powers our store infrastructure, all purchases are made directly with Got Clicks, LLC d/b/a Liminal Luna.

Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Liminal Luna.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding personal insights, outcomes, interpretations, or results derived from the use of the Services.

Each user’s experience is subjective and unique.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Got Clicks, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Got Clicks, LLC d/b/a Liminal Luna, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
